Business Development Representative

Who we are:

Suralink is a venture backed SaaS company that makes requesting and receiving sensitive information clear and easy. Our platform makes the lives of accountants, lenders, investors, and other professionals easier by giving them a simple way to request, receive, track, and manage their document collection process. Our primary customers are CPA firms.

Who we are looking for:

A highly intelligent and motivated individual to join our core team as a Business Development Representative. You will be the first contact our prospects have with Suralink and will have a significant impact on the growth of our company. You will be responsible for calling leads old and new, qualifying leads, generating sufficient interest to schedule a demonstration of our software. This position comes with a large opportunity for advancement.

You Must Have:
– Energy and Focus: make 100+ calls a day while managing a concurrent email strategy
– Communication Skills: clear and professional written and verbal skills. A high level of confidence to speak with all types of business professionals from various backgrounds
– Determination: a reliable and strong work ethic, you show up on time, stay focused, beat your numbers and still have fun
– Team Attitude: ability to work through challenging moments to achieve company objectives
– Computer skills: we’re a tech company and we use them for everything

Experience, education or training required:

A knowledge of Accounting, Legal, or other professional services is preferred. At least 1 year of telesales experience, preferably B2B SaaS. Excellent computer skills (i.e. Excel & Word), phone skills, communication skills and a team attitude. A career-minded individual who takes initiative and likes a challenge.
